【Notice of Change of Company Name】
Following the merger of our ultimate parent company Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited and Hitachi Capital Corporation into Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc., our company name “Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance (Hong Kong) Limited 三菱日聯租賃(香港)有限公司” has been changed to “MHC Capital & Finance (Hong Kong) Limited 菱和金融(香港) 有限公司” and our domain names of homepage and email address have also been changed to www.hk.mitsubishi-hc-capital.com and @hk.mitsubishi-hc-capital.com respectively with effect from 14th March, 2022 (Mon). Address, telephone numbers and fax numbers will remain unchanged. The change of our company name does not affect the validity of the contracts between us and the rights and obligations of the parties thereunder shall remain in full force and effect.

We are pleased to announce that our company, Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance (Hong Kong) Limited, is moving to the new address 15/F, Wai Fung Plaza, No. 664 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong (MTR Mong Kok Station Exit D3) with effect from 30th August, 2021 (Monday). Telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses will remain unchanged. Meanwhile, the operation of existing office in Admiralty will be ceased from 3:00pm on 27th August, 2021 (Friday).

With effect from 1st April 2021 (Thursday), our sole shareholder and parent company, Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited ("MUL") merged with Hitachi Capital Corporation ("HC") and its trade name was changed to "Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc." .
